Voters may apply to vote by mail for all county elections (also known as Permanent Vote By Mail) or to vote by mail for the next election only. Permanent Vote By Mail voters receive ballots for each subsequent election while voters applying for the next election will only receive a ballot for that election and must apply again if they wish to vote by mail for other elections.

When filling out a Vote by Mail application, you MUST include the following information; Name, Address, Date of Birth, City, and Zip Code and party affiliation if pertinent.
